Friday, November 27th, 2009So it’s finally confirmed, I’m on the Good Fighters team ! As all the others, I’ve been asked to start a blog and will try to update it weekly. We’ll see how it goes.
I’m planning to blog about my triathlon training and competitions for the 2010 season. The major part of the biking will be done on the new Cannondale SuperSix with SRAM RED from TopCYCLE Antibes that I am waiting eagerly for…
My major goals is not quite determined yet, but will most likely be
- the Norwegian Championships – long course
- half-ironman Monaco
Coming up on Sunday is the Grasse 10K where I’m aiming for sub 34:30. I’ve been running 70-80K on average for the last 5 weeks (50% more than usual), so I think this time should be within reach.
